The details

Upstate State Collective LLC is a state-licensed cannabis dispensary located at 66 Jane St in New York, NY, in the West Village. As a licensed retailer, it operates under New York State's regulated cannabis program, meaning adults 21 and older can find verified cannabis products from a legal, tested supply chain. The shop is part of the Dagmar Cannabis family of locations, which includes storefronts in SoHo and Williamsburg alongside the West Village address. The Dagmar menu spans categories such as flower, pre-rolls, vaporizers, edibles, concentrates, tinctures, topicals, and accessories, with shopping by strain available, and pickup or delivery offered to your door. The West Village location sits on Jane St near the Hudson River waterfront, an easy stop for anyone in Manhattan's lower west side. As with all licensed New York dispensaries, sales are limited to adults 21 and older, and products should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
