Your dollar slice is on a park bench. The pigeons know. Tap them to shoo them before they land — every landing costs one bite, and the slice only has six. Watch for the shadow. Do not trust the squirrel. And at some point, a certain someone arrives from Coney Island.
For entertainment only — not a sobriety or impairment test. Never drive after using cannabis.
About Pigeon Patrol
Pigeon Patrol is a free browser game about the most contested real estate in New York: an unattended dollar slice. Yours is on a park bench under a brownstone skyline, and every pigeon in the borough has filed a flight plan. You get 60 seconds. Tap birds out of the air before they land, read the pulsing shadow that means one is dropping straight down, and do not, under any circumstances, tap the squirrel. At 45 seconds a certain someone arrives from Coney Island and the negotiation ends. For entertainment only: it is not a sobriety or impairment test, and it is for adults 21+.
How to play
- Tap DEFEND THE SLICE. Your slice starts with six bites, shown as pips under it.
- Tap every pigeon before it reaches the bench. Each landing costs one bite.
- Watch the grass: a pulsing shadow means a pigeon is dropping from directly above.
- Leave the squirrel alone. He is a decoy, and tapping him costs you a beat.
- At 45 seconds the seagull shows up. He takes two taps. Do not let him land.
Pigeon Patrol FAQ
What is Pigeon Patrol?
Pigeon Patrol is a free browser arcade game set in an NYC park. Your dollar slice is on a bench, and the pigeons know. You have 60 seconds: tap each pigeon before it lands, because every landing costs one bite and the slice only has six. Shoo enough birds and the slice survives the hour of need.
What happens at 45 seconds?
The seagull arrives from Coney Island, announced by a blinking yellow warning banner. He is bigger than the pigeons, takes two taps to turn around, and if he reaches the bench he does not take a bite. He takes the entire slice, to go.
Should I tap the squirrel?
No. The squirrel is a decoy. He never touches the slice, and tapping him wastes a beat while real pigeons close in. He will also look at you like you are the problem, which, in that moment, you are.
How does scoring work?
You earn 2 points for every second survived plus 40 points for every bite of the slice still intact at the end, so a perfect defense scores 360. Your personal best is saved on your device and shows up as a street plaque on the menu.
Does Pigeon Patrol measure impairment?
No. Pigeon Patrol is for entertainment only. It is not a sobriety test, an impairment test, or a medical or safety tool of any kind, and it should never be used to decide whether it is safe to drive or do anything else. It is for adults 21 and over.
