What is a false grab?
Every real item on the shelf has a look-alike decoy stocked right next to it: red Gatorade beside blue, a scratch-off beside the lotto ticket. Grabbing a decoy is a false grab, it costs you points, and the bodega cat pops up to judge you by name.
How is Grocery Run scored?
Your score out of 100 comes from items correctly remembered minus false grabs, out of the 7 on the list. Play once sober to set a personal baseline, and every later run is compared against it on your service board.
